Return Window
Customers have a 14-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a return for items purchased in-store or through our online store.
We reserve the right to deny any return request that does not comply with our policy.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging still attached. They must also be unworn and undamaged.
Restocking Fee
Returned items will be charged a 10% restocking fee unless the item was damaged in shipping or we have made an error. This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing returns, including credit processing fees and the time spent by our team to complete activities associated with the return.
Return Process
To return an item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will provide you with a return shipping label, or you may bring it into the store. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or send a replacement within 10 business days.
Qualifying exchanges can also be made in-store.
Qualifying returns will receive store credit in the amount of the original purchase amount less shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
Exceptions
Items damaged during shipping qualify for replacement or refund to the original form of payment if we are notified of damage and photo evidence is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Defective items qualify for repair or replacement within 90 days of purchase, or for a full refund to the original form of payment if the return process is initiated within 30 days of purchase.
