This Privacy Policy explains how Ravenna Rocks, LLC and Ravenna Refills, LLC (together, "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, and protect your information when you shop with us online at ravennarocks.com or ravennarefills.com, or in person at our Seattle store. Because both shops run through the same e-commerce and point-of-sale system, this policy applies to purchases and account information from either shop.
Information we collect. When you shop with us, create an account, sign up for updates, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, payment information (processed securely by our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers ourselves), and details about what you've purchased or asked us about.
How we use it. We use your information to process and fulfill your orders, communicate with you about your purchases (confirmations, shipping updates, and occasional follow-ups), respond to questions, and, only if you've opted in, send you updates about new products, events, or promotions.
Who we share it with. We don't sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our shops: with our e-commerce and point-of-sale platform (currently Lightspeed / Ecwid), our payment processor, and shipping carriers like USPS, so your order gets to you. If you're enrolled in our loyalty program, a small amount of purchase information is shared with that platform to track and apply your rewards. On occasion, we link to videos hosted on other platforms like TikTok or YouTube. If you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply.
Cookies. Our site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how our site is used. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or through the cookie settings tool on our site.
Data security. We take reasonable, industry-standard steps to protect your personal information, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices. You can ask us at any time to see what information we have on file for you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to what we're legally required to keep (like order records for tax purposes). You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails.
Children's privacy. Our shops are not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
Contact us. Questions about this policy or your information can go to either shop: contact@ravennarocks.com (206-607-9432) or contact@ravennarefills.com (206-569-4023).
