"Sasuraibito" is a Japanese word that loosely translates to "Wanderer." It is rather old-fashioned now, but is meant to describe a person who is in search of their way.
The artist made this to remind herself to explore, find joy in adventure, have secrets (it kinda resembles a secret society pin). To keep mystery and beauty close.
