This policy applies to purchases made through either Ravenna Rocks or Ravenna Refills, in-store or online. Both shops share the same checkout and fulfillment system, so one policy covers both.
Our default shipping option is via USPS Ground for a flat rate of $8, with free shipping on orders over $125. We typically get orders out within one business day of purchase. If we're closed for a trip or a holiday, we'll do our best to post a notice on the site ahead of time, and we'll reach out if your order is going to be delayed. Delivery time after that depends on USPS and your location. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Upgraded shipping options can be selected at checkout, and pricing is calculated based on market rates available to us at the time of customer checkout.
