Nava Macdonald is a local Ravenna teen whose passion for nature and mythology shines through her captivating creations. From a young age, Nava's fascination with snakes, spiders, and mythical creatures sparked her journey into the realm of sculpting.

Unable to have snakes or spiders as pets, Nava found an outlet for her interests through clay sculpting at the age of 6, igniting a lifelong hobby. What began with crafting monsters soon evolved into a focus on dragons, spiders, snakes, and exquisite jewelry pieces.

Drawing inspiration from nature and her love for mythology, Nava has begun to incorporate crystals and semi-precious stones into her sculptures, adding a touch of magic to her artwork. She delights in creating themed series, such as flower spiders, desert dragons, and elemental spirits, each piece telling its own unique story.
